Service Description

Reiki I opens the door to understanding and healing of the self. As we become healers by first healing ourselves and discovering our own magick. I love holding the space and being witness to each student as they shift their frequency and release what is no longer in alignment. It is an honor and a joy. Reiki 1 begins with teachings on the history of Reiki and the five principles. In addition to being attuned to Reiki 1, you will learn Reiki hand technique and positions, energy & spiritual practices. This is a personal journey of self awareness, self love and self healing.
