Service Description

This is for a 1:1 private yoga session. (Though semi-private, group and community sessions are also available.) Recorded so you can do it on your own as well. I use a combination of: 🧘🏼‍♀️ yoga asana 🧘🏾 meditation 🧘🏻‍♀️ pranayama 🧘🏾 mantra 🧘🏿 self reflection. We work to achieve wellness within the physical, emotional, energetic, intellectual, psychological and spiritual bodies.
